AP-1 Dual-Head UV Ink Printing System
The AP-1 Dual-Head UV Ink Printing System enables the creation of high-contrast, durable labels for demanding barcode applications. Compared to conventional tube labelers and marking systems, it delivers superior print quality and outstanding flexibility.
The background print head applies a uniform base layer directly onto the tube surface, while the content print head prints precise text, barcodes, and graphics on top—perfectly replicating the look of a paper-based adhesive label. This innovative design eliminates the need for costly pre-coded tubes and allows users to produce customized labels directly in the lab.
When a background is already present or not required, the content print head can be used independently, providing maximum versatility for various applications.
AP-1 labels are highly resistant to mechanical wear and remain clear and legible even with frequent handling or exposure to common laboratory solvents such as isopropanol, ethanol, and DMSO*. They are suitable for cold-chain transport and long-term storage, maintaining readability even at extreme temperatures down to −196 °C.
