Maximum temperature 300 °C. Digital setting and control of plate temperature with 1 °C resolution and cast aluminium/silicon alloy top plate. The 300 x 300 mm top plate model has a retort rod mounting at the rear of the housing. With BioCote, silver-based, antimicrobial protection.
